Our refund policy is simple. Once a deposit is paid and work has commenced, there will be no refund given.

 If you have been given a future start date and work has not yet begun, you are entitled to a full refund as long as it is 14 days prior to the start date.

 

The refund request must be made in writing to info@nxcvisions.co.uk and a reply must be acknowledged and logged by NXCVISIONS.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment. Any form of disrespectful behavior towards our staff, partners, or other clients will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to withdraw our services immediately and without prior notice if we determine that a user has engaged in such behavior.
